Oxford Astanga Workshops Diary

Dear Yogi or Yogini,

  our programme of workshops with leading teachers from around the world continues with John Scott, Gingi Lee, Liz Lark, Brian Cooper and Emil Wendel. Danny, our first teacher, started this rollcall of talent some twenty four years ago when he and Derek Ireland were the only Astanga teachers in UK. John Scott and David Swenson started teaching here soon after and gradually Oxford became famous for Astanga. Mariella de Martini is the senior teacher of the largest group of Astanga teachers outside London and since 2009 Manu has been teaching morning Mysore on weekdays.
